Save Ohio’s Treasures – Heritage Ohio

Heritage Ohio’s Save Ohio’s Treasures program is a responsive, brick and mortar funding tool to support preservation of threatened or neglected historic properties. Initially funded with grant support from the HM Turner Foundation and The 1772 Foundation, Heritage Ohio completed its first Save Ohio’s Treasures loan in 2024. Heritage Ohio continues to expand the program to offer below market rate loans for building renovations, code compliance, emergency repairs and stabilization, and comprehensive rehabilitation of historic commercial properties.
