Beginning a building restoration or revitalization project can be daunting, especially when you’re unsure where to start or how to identify the right partners. This webinar is designed to guide owners through the early stages of project development, including how to structure and issue a request for design qualifications.
We will cover key industry terms such as RFPs and RFQs, along with best practices and common pitfalls when preparing project requests for public or private notice. The session will also outline the qualifications to look for when selecting a design partner.
For public projects, a dedicated segment will address applicable state laws and regulations governing the procurement of professional services.
