Who is willing to take on a vacant, long abandoned housing project, with collapsing structure and wildlife in residence? Apparently, architect and owner Michael Sanbury. This home, a contributing property in the Jones Home Subdivision Historic District, needed everything updated and repaired. Of particular note in this project is their adherence to the Enterprise Green Communities criteria throughout the renovation.
This project is another shining example of the Cleveland Restoration Society’s Heritage Home Program.
