The recipients of this year’s Best Residential Rehabilitation Award is the Inspirion Group, Ltd. with the 3101 Euclid Avenue rehabilitation in Cleveland. The historic office tower was converted into 91 upper floor residential units with first floor retail and a three-story parking deck in the rear.
This building has a rich history rooted in the 1950s, but this caused for problems during the renovation, because the original glass curtain wall building was not up to code. A custom replacement system was made that maintained the historic exterior appearance while meeting code requirements.
