LeVeque Tower

Best Commercial Rehabilitation

Anyone who appreciates the Columbus skyline knows the visual and physical impact of the 1927 Art Deco LeVeque Tower. Thanks to Tower 10’s 7-year long, $55 million rehabilitation project, the exterior stone and terracotta work has been restored, the building’s entrances upgraded, new windows and storefronts installed, and old awnings removed; all to replace of many of the non- historic additions made in recent years. The LeVeque is once again happily welcoming new tenants. The lower floors host a coffee shop, restaurant, and bar. 10 floors feature new offices. The Hotel LeVeque occupies floors 5 through 10, and a mix of luxury apartments and condominiums are on the top 19 floors.

This award was presented to Tower 10 LLC and Schooley Caldwell.
