The 1930 Onesto Hotel and the adjacent 1955 Bliss Tower, a mid-century office tower, had been deteriorating for years, with pigeons and puddles as the only tenants. There were no market-rate apartments in downtown Canton when Steve Coon started this project. This historic tax credit rehabilitation project has preserved the historic integrity of the materials throughout. With fully upgraded mechanicals and energy systems. The Onesto Lofts now has 45 luxury living units and a gorgeous ballroom. The Bliss Tower now sports 55 modern loft apartments, all with phenomenal views of the greater Canton area.
