This young couple has purchased and renovated 4 historic downtown buildings in their hometown of Tiffin over the past three years. Their buildings are now home to 21 gorgeous loft apartments and 6 storefront businesses. Suzie and Weston have worked to grow the local economy by hiring local contractors and placing new businesses, like The Renaissance, a new speakeasy-style bourbon bar, in their storefronts. With the impact they have had outside their day jobs, we can’t wait to see what they do in the years to come.
